Return and Refund Policy
 

At Rose The Candle, we take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and exchange policy.

 

1. No Returns on Used Candles

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been opened, used, or burned. For hygiene and safety reasons, all returns must be in unopened and unused condition.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be processed.

3. Proof of Purchase Required

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to initiate a return or exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit once item has been received.  After 3 days, no claims for damage or defects will be accepted.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item (if in stock) in cases of damage or defects.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.

7. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

8. Refund Process (Store Credit Only)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit to your account. This credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
